New Year's Eve Festivities

We finally had a good snowfall on New Year's Eve here in Minnesota. The roads were rough so we decided to stay in instead of going to church and then to a friends house for a New Year's Eve party. We ordered Chinese food and did some fun stuff with the kids. Matt's parents got Sara some water color paints so we all sat the kitchen table and painted together. Despite the change of plans, it was nice to be home all together as a family.

i found it! i think your name on posts brings up your husband's blog. so it is cool to see yours. Silas and Sara are very cute--and i love their names. and you all look so happy. God bless your family this new year!

hi nicki,

thanks for your nice note on my blog... i appreciate your thoughtfulness.

hey, i would be interested in going to the moms group at your church. can you give me more details on time and dates... and do i need to let somebody know we are coming..? my little crew can be overwhelming for any nursery.

I'm now updated on your blog - and I'll be working on a new post for mine sometime - it might be a while! I have a tone of things on my to do list. I'm feeling guilty right now for not getting something done on my list - but I had to check blogs this morning!
