Summer is coming to an abrupt end here in Minnesota-although it's beautiful out today(Pennsylvania weather I call it). It's fine with me though--I love the fall! Last Wednesday night I put this outfit on Sara for church since I knew the warm weather wouldn't be here much longer. It is one of my favorites on her, so I took a few pictures to show off to her adoring fans. (A.K.A. --her family)

I just started our blog, and it was my sister that got me started "blog-surfing." (That's what I call it.) We are going to Meadow Creek Church in Andover,MN. We live in Coon Rapids. We've been going there for almost 4 years now and love it! We just got a new senior pastor as of June 11. His name is Randy O'Brien, and he came from Grace Church of Eden Prairie. Our previous pastor retired. Mike works at Retail Employees Credit Union in St. Louis Park--quite a commute, I know! He's head of the loan department there. Hope to stay in touch. It would be fun to get together sometime.
Hey Nicki...it's just Cari Gerdt dropping in to check out your pictures :) Love all of the pics of the kids!! So cute! It was fun seeing a picture of Easter too!! I have a picture of our two families together when we were really little!!! It is hard when dear friends move on! I understand the sadness and the excitement seeing God working in their lives! I will be thinking of you as you go through this change! I hope to see you guys again sometime! Are you coming up to NBBC for anything this year? It would be fun to get together!!!

your kids are very cute, and it was fun to check your blog. i am so thankful for the cooler weather, and i have always been one to be cold. somehow having four kids makes me sweat all the time...so i am enjoying the cooler change. hopefully we will see you soon...janelle

Hey sherry, I agree with the braids comments--although i have to hide my gray hair in the middle of my head somehow, and a part down the middle is not a good idea:)
Jonas wants to tell Sara Grace that he watched a Backyardagains movie tonight. He says he had fun playing in their secret hiding place today and he hopes you can visit again soon. "Well, that's about all for now" he says.
