No, it's a Hollow wooden instrument that came in a instrument set with tamborine,cymbals, triangle etc. . .from the stuckey clan.

SOOOOOOO cute!!! We played it about 5 times and now my kids are going around the house singing it!
ooooh, so precious! I just kept smiling and found myself singing with her. You're a great mom and have super cute kids :) were you holding them?? I couldn't tell
